The Night of the Museums is in Tampere on Saturday 16 May 2026. The Moomin Musuem is open from 6pm until 10pm.
The Moomin Museum is whirling in dance! The programme features DJ Daddy Pales playing Tove & Tooti records and Swing Team showcasing swing dances, along with guided tours and workshops.
AT 18–21.30 WORKSHOP: WHIRLING IN DANCE – DIY ROSETTES
Location: lower level of the museum, next to The Moominland Midwinter.
AT 18.30–19.15 MUSIC: DJ DADDY PALES PLAYS TOVE & TOOTI DJ SET

AT 18.45–20 FACE PAINTING WORKSHOP: COMET, SEASHELL OR TULIP?
Location: upper level of the museum.
AT 19–19.20 GUIDED TOUR IN ENGLISH FOR TEENS AND ADULTS: THE STORY OF THE MOOMIN BOOKS
The tour starts in upper level of the museum.
