Safe museum visit

We are aiming to make your visit to the Moomin Museum as safe as possible. We follow the guidelines and safety recommendations given by the authorities.

Restrictions 19.2.2022 onwards

Moomin Museum is open with normal opening hours. The number of visitors is no more restricted.

We kindly ask you to wear a face mask during your visit at Tampere Hall and Moomin Museum. The staff also uses face shields when serving customers.

Our ticket desk at Tampere Hall is behind an acrylic glass panel. Please buy your ticket with a bank card or the Museum Card instead of cash. The doors to the museum open automatically when using the ticket barcode reader. Hand sanitiser is available at the front desk and inside the museum.

Please remember to keep your distance to other museum visitors and staff. Our staff are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We are being extra careful with cleaning and hygiene. Surfaces are cleaned regularly. However, please avoid touching surfaces whenever possible. Cough into your elbow, if needed. The museum has removed exhibition guide books from display.

Please avoid visiting the museum if you are unwell. We promise to do the same.
